Responsibilities
Supports and implements research operations processes, financial operations, systems, and policies
Manages optimization and support of affiliate physician operations and data integrity
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and standardized practices
Supports provider onboarding and becomes familiar with research requirements and trial startup processes
Develops and implements initiatives to improve operations and provider/patient satisfaction
Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards (DHR SOPs, HIPAA, FDA, and Clinical Trial Agreement terms)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Equivalent experience accepted)
2 years' work and/or internship experience desirable
Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Flexible and adaptive to changing environments
Preferred
Experience with medical terminology (a plus)
