Responsibilities
Conduct lab experiments such as pipetting, formulation, filtration
Perform analytical testing (viscosity, protein concentration, pH, osmolality)
Maintain accurate lab notebooks and documentation
Analyze and summarize results for reports and presentations
Support process development, formulation, filtration, and sterile fill/finish operations
Assist with technology transfer to commercial manufacturing sites
Troubleshoot lab processes and equipment using data-driven approaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
Hands-on laboratory experience with analytical equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
