Senior Sales Representative – CSP (North America)
Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Sales / Business Development Executive to grow and manage strategic relationships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 Communication Service Providers and mobile network operators across North America. This role is focused on driving revenue growth by shaping go‑to‑market strategies and expanding Capgemini Engineering’s footprint within the CSP ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans tailored to large North American CSPs and mobile network operators
Drive new business growth by positioning Capgemini Engineering’s engineering, digital, and R&D capabilities through consultative and value‑based selling
Build, manage, and expand long‑term relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CXO, VP, and Director‑level executives
Act as a trusted advisor by aligning Capgemini Engineering solutions with client business objectives, technology roadmaps, and industry trends
Identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities through account mining, market research, and competitive analysis
Lead client engagements including executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and thought‑leadership discussions
Collaborate closely with internal delivery, solution, and engineering teams to ensure successful pursuits, execution excellence, and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with 10+ years of proven success in business development or sales within the telecommunications or CSP domain
A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a complex, technical, or engineering‑led sales environment
Deep understanding of mobile network operators, telecom infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives across the CSP landscape
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior executives and key decision‑makers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
Experience selling or delivering solutions involving emerging technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, OSS/BSS modernization, Private Networks, Fixed Wireless Access, Open RAN, cloud‑native architectures, or enterprise telecom solutions
High‑energy, results‑driven mindset with a strong “go‑getter” attitude and a relentless passion for winning and growing accounts
