Chase is a leading financial institution seeking a Vice President – Transformation Program Manager to join their Finance Transformation team. This role involves leading a portfolio of high-impact initiatives to modernize finance platforms and processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Set the transformation agenda and roadmap for P&A, aligned to Finance’s strategic architecture and firmwide priorities
Manage a portfolio of multi-workstream programs with clear OKRs/KPIs, benefit realization plans, and outcome-based milestones
Translate strategic objectives into executable plans across platforms, data, processes, and operating model
Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale initiatives, including scope, business case, plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and cross-program dependencies; ensure strong controls and audit readiness
Establish executive-ready governance, steering forums, scorecards, dashboards, and MIS to track performance and inform decisions
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across LOBs, Technology, Data, Risk/Controls, and Operations to ensure alignment and sponsorship
Lead forums for updates and decisions, driving consistent and transparent communication across stakeholders and workstreams
Design and implement target operating models, future-state process flows, and handoffs across P&A to reduce cycle time and risk
Leverage automation, AI/ML, and data-driven insights to optimize planning, forecasting, close, and reporting processes
Partner with Technology and Data teams to modernize data pipelines and platforms (e.g., cloud, Databricks, AWS) with strong data quality, lineage, and governance
Integrate analytic capabilities and advanced methods (e.g., AI/ML, LLMs) to enhance forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision support
Lead development and refinement of strategic business requirements; ensure traceability from requirements to benefits realization
Own UAT strategy end-to-end: test planning, test case design, environment readiness, execution oversight, and sign-off governance
Drive business readiness and adoption, including communications, training materials, and enablement sessions for end users
Manage program budgets and vendor engagements; measure and report on benefits (productivity, quality, control, customer experience)
Ensure sustained outcomes post-implementation via stabilization plans, run-state governance, and continuous improvement
Lead and mentor project managers and analysts in a matrixed environment; foster accountability, curiosity, and an ownership mindset
Champion agile ways of working, continuous improvement, and a culture of transparency and collaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance; strong grounding in financial concepts relevant to P&A
10+ years of experience in program/project management and business analysis, including leadership of multi-year, multi-workstream transformations
Proven end-to-end delivery expertise: scoping, business case development, budget and timeline management, implementation, and change management
Mastery of delivery methodologies and governance (Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall) with the judgment to select and blend approaches
Demonstrated success influencing and engaging senior stakeholders; excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving skills; ability to decompose complex processes and architect scalable solutions
Strong understanding of data flows between applications and cloud architecture; ability to leverage data for decision-making
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) for executive-ready materials, process maps, and decision support
Established track record building and operating governance, scorecards, and MIS to manage risk, performance, and benefits
Ownership mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive outcomes across functions

Preferred

Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., PMP/ SAFe)
P&A and/or Controllers domain experience, including planning and forecasting across Balance Sheet, RWA, Capital, Revenue, Expense, and Headcount
Technical knowledge and experience with Cloud, Databricks, AWS, and modern data platforms; familiarity with APIs and data orchestration
Practical exposure to AI/ML and LLM-enabled solutions for forecasting, analytics, and process automation
Experience designing target operating models, business process reengineering, and control integration; familiarity with risk and regulatory considerations
Experience leading large-scale UAT and business readiness programs, including training and adoption for diverse user populations
