RES is a company focused on restoration and sustainability, seeking purpose-driven individuals to join their team. The Laborer I or II will provide on-the-ground support to Machine Operators and assist in various manual labor activities to enhance productivity on construction projects.

Responsibilities

Primary job is seeding, mulching, and installing erosion control matting

Work with construction crews on manual labor activities to support overall project

Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

Clean equipment and reports any service related concerns promptly to supervisor

Maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers

Opportunity to learn heavy equipment operations

Required

Prior construction and/or landscape experience

Ability to travel 2-4 nights throughout the week on key projects and home on the weekends

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Capable of walking over uneven surfaces, climbing on construction equipment, and navigating hills

Comfortable working outdoors and performing tasks at ground level

Preferred

Previous experience in outdoor construction

Experience and understanding of engineered blueprint drawings & specifications

Willingness & ability to occasionally lift 70 pounds

Experience as a Laborer on Stream Restoration and/or Wetland construction projects
