Ark Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB Developer with strong experience in vulnerability reporting, integrations, and ITOM Discovery. The ideal candidate will enhance vulnerability management workflows and support transformation initiatives in IT Service Delivery.

Responsibilities

Implement container vulnerability management orchestration for scanning and remediation
Design and manage workflows for infrastructure vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses not mapped to CMDB assets
Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to track vulnerability posture and remediation progress
Administer, configure, maintain, integrate, and upgrade the ServiceNow platform
Develop ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on integrations and automation
Design and implement ServiceNow APIs, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and business rules
Create and maintain UI Pages, UI Macros, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules
Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, ODBC, LDAP, SSO, and SAML
Utilize ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
Implement REST API integrations with third-party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Apply orchestration techniques to automate IT processes
Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Discovery for on-prem and cloud environments (AWS & Azure)
Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and synchronization across systems
Apply CSDM framework best practices to CMDB design and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions aligned with business needs
Provide technical stewardship and support the ongoing transformation of IT Service Delivery

Required

5–8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development
4+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on integrations
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, tables, and relationships
Extensive experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration technologies
Proficiency in JavaScript; experience with Angular.js, Perl, and PowerShell preferred
Strong experience with ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM framework
Ability to build custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
