Responsibilities

Build a communication plan for application roadmaps, releases, and general tool information
Create scripts, storyboards, and structured tutorials
Work with senior engineers to develop and implement engaging training videos
Author documentation for implemented tools and applications
Complete assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements
Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in a related field
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content
Basic IT Knowledge and willingness to learn custom applications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred

We prefer a bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, social media or a related field
Knowledge of screen recording, video editing software, and graphic design a plus
