Responsibilities

Spearhead the development of high-impact, creatively-driven influencer and social media strategies across a variety of brands and briefs, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and delivering outstanding results
Independently and collaboratively brainstorm innovative, daring ideas and stand-out campaign activations that truly resonate with target audiences
Guide the development of strategic roadmaps for both short- and long-term influencer and social media programs across a wide array of industries and use cases
Transform big ideas into compelling, pitch-winning narratives by writing high-quality presentations, creative proposals, and strategic frameworks for global and local campaigns
Extract actionable insights from research, social media listening, and performance data to inform innovative creative and strategic approaches
Act as a strategic and creative consultant in client meetings, confidently presenting ideas, proposals, and recommendations to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Guide and support junior team members, helping Strategists develop their skills while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the department
Stay ahead of social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and audience behaviors to ensure all creative strategies are fresh, forward-thinking, and tailored to win in an ever-changing digital landscape
Review and edit client-facing materials, including presentations and creative strategies, ensuring impeccable attention to detail in research, narrative clarity, and visual appeal

Required

5+ years in a strategic and creative role within an agency or in-house team, focused on social media and/or influencer marketing, with experience ideating and executing highly creative campaigns
Outstanding ability to craft and deliver compelling, visually striking presentations and narratives for creative pitches to senior-level stakeholders
Strong ability to balance creativity with a data-informed, insight-driven approach for Extensive knowledge of trends, platforms, audience behaviors, and performance indicators in the social and influencer marketing space
Confidence in taking ownership of client briefs while working seamlessly across creative, strategy, and client service teams to deliver integrated solutions
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and design sense to ensure presentations are polished and visually engaging
Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Talkwalker, Meltwater, or similar platforms) is a plus
Basic design experience (e.g., Photoshop) is an advantage
Passion for creativity and a proactive mindset, with demonstrated knowledge of emerging trends, platform updates, and cutting-edge communication strategies
Extensive experience handling client relationships, offering strategic counsel, and managing expectations with professionalism and impact
Works well under pressure, adapts with agility, and consistently delivers innovative ideas on tight timelines
