Proactively source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to department leaders
Build and execute effective recruitment strategies to support ongoing hiring needs
Organize, support, and represent the organization at job fairs, career expos, and hiring events
Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high‑volume work environment while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related area
At least 3 years of experience managing high‑volume recruitment
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and internal partners
Demonstrated success in achieving recruitment goals
Background in credentialing processes is essential
Preferred
Experience hiring in the healthcare sector is highly preferred
