End User Support Engineer (Band 2)
Solyssey is seeking an End User Support Engineer to provide technical support to end-users. The role involves troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 (MacOS knowledge is a plus)
Support desktops, laptops, printers/fax machines, peripherals, graphics & network cards
Strong experience with PC/Workstation builds (MS SCCM, MS MDM)
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory (2003/2008/2012 R2) , Office 365 , Exchange , DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Basic troubleshooting of iPad, iPhone, Android, and smart devices
Manage IT assets and inventory
Troubleshoot Multi-Functional Printers (MFPs)
Deliver excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Maintain composure and focus in fast-paced support environments
Flexibility to work before/after business hours or weekends as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, GPOs, PC/Laptop management
Provide end-user support for Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11
