Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of domain‑specific initiatives (Deposits, Lending, or Small Business Banking)
Manage intake, feasibility assessments, dependency mapping, release planning, and operational readiness
Support modernization of core systems, digital channels, LOS platforms, or SMB onboarding tools
Partner with business, operations, digital banking, underwriting, credit, treasury, and technology teams
Ensure alignment with credit‑union regulatory requirements (NCUA, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg DD, TRID, HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, RESPA, etc.)
Prepare and present program updates, risks, and mitigation strategies to credit‑union leadership and committees
Facilitate alignment across cross‑functional teams
Ensure transparency, timely issue resolution, and clear decision-making
Maintain accurate tracking of workstreams in Jira, Confluence, or client delivery tools
Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies across systems and workstreams
Champion process improvements, agile best practices, and enhancements to member journeys
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management, program delivery, or platform operations
Deep expertise in one or more of the following: Retail Deposits, Mortgage & Consumer Lending, Small Business Banking
Strong understanding of credit-union operations, regulatory frameworks, and member-centric workflows
Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
Consulting or client-facing experience required
Need US Citizens or Green card holders who can work on W2
Preferably onsite at client location; hybrid acceptable (minimum 2 days/week onsite)
