Responsibilities
Complete training program and pass/maintain required Life & Health Insurance licenses
Develop expert knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Supplement plans
Conduct needs analyses to educate and advise clients on the best Medicare solutions
Engage in outbound calls per day or achieve 4+ hours of talk time during ramp-up phase
Facilitate the full enrollment process for prospective clients
Hit revenue benchmarks within 90 days of starting in the role
Accurately document all client interactions and maintain compliance standards
Collaborate with leadership and peers to support a strong, team-driven culture
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to adapt to client needs
Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team performance
Participate in advancement opportunities and mentorship within the agency
Qualification
Required
1+ year of sales or customer service experience
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance license during training
Demonstrated track record of hitting performance-based targets is a plus
