Human Resources Payroll Administrator
JAE Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Administrator & Human Resources Assistant to manage payroll processing and support HR functions. The role involves handling payroll administration, benefits management, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all payroll functions and requisite reporting
Assist with the new hire on-boarding process and orientation program
Assist with Benefits and 401k administration
Assist Sr Mgr, HR & Office Mgmt in implementing and maintaining policies ensuring compliance of Federal and State laws
Performance Appraisal and sales incentive processes
Assist in planning, implementation and support the implementation of HR programs and activities
Tasks deemed necessary for administrative activities of the department and the company
Qualification
Required
BA Degree, HR certification, or equivalent experience
Minimum three to five years payroll, human resources, and general company administration experience
ADP experience is required
Full knowledge and understanding of payroll fundamentals and ADP TotalSource
Full knowledge of employee benefits practices and procedures
Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
Excellent communications skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft software applications, particularly Excel
