Responsibilities
Own the Product: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data and AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging AI capabilities
Be the Voice of the User: Work closely with end users, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand their needs, especially regarding AI-driven insights and automation, and translate these into a well-defined product backlog
Manage the Lifecycle: Create, refine, and prioritize user stories and epics related to data analytics as well as AI features such as machine learning models, natural language processing, and recommendation engines. You'll manage the product backlog in Jira, ensuring smooth development and integration of AI components
Collaborate and Communicate: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, end users, AI/ML engineering teams, and data scientists. Lead cross-functional meetings, facilitate group discussions, and provide end-user training to drive adoption of AI-powered solutions
Measure Success: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that capture both traditional product metrics and AI model performance and impact. Analyze usage and AI outcomes data to inform product decisions
Drive AI Insights: Leverage your experience in data analytics and AI technologies to better understand user behavior, identify opportunities for AI enhancements, and guide product evolution in AI-driven innovation
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role managing data-centric products
Proven experience working with AI-enabled products or collaborating with AI/ML teams, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into actionable product requirements
Strong data analytics background and capability to use data and AI insights for making informed product decisions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate AI product value and facilitate collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience managing product backlog in Jira focused on data and AI feature delivery
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
