Responsibilities
Build and manage the project plan, timeline, and operational workflows
Lead event production: venue coordination, vendor management, technical planning, and on-site execution
Book and coordinate with artists, agents, venues, and local partners
Create and manage detailed budgets and cost controls
Deliver clear weekly updates, KPIs, and recommendations to senior leadership
Analyze event performance and support strategic decisions about next steps
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in event production, concert operations, venue or artist booking, or tour/stage management
Strong project management and budgeting skills; ability to run events independently
Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor-management abilities
Passion for live music and high-quality event execution
Preferred
Business degree is a plus
Experience working for a local promoter is a strong plus
Knowledge of Miami/South Florida venues and production ecosystem is helpful
Bi/Tri/lingual (English/Spanish)
