Responsibilities

Serve as a recognized technical expert for geoscience and formation evaluation within the Wireline & Perforating domain
Lead complex projects and provide technical direction to teams of 5–10 employees across varying experience levels
Guide data review, interpretation workflows, and answer‑product development for emerging cement evaluation technologies
Develop, deliver, and maintain Center of Excellence (COE) training programs for global technical personnel
Engage directly with customers to present technical solutions, support product adoption, and strengthen business relationships
Contribute to business development through proposal support, technical presentations, and customer consultations
Support strategy development, budgeting, and financial control activities within the PSL
Leverage a global professional network to collaborate on 1–5 concurrent multidisciplinary projects
Promote and model best‑practice work processes, project management discipline, and service quality standards
Mentor and coach team members, advancing technical competencies and supporting career development
Provide expert input into technology roadmaps and internal capability building

Required

Undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience in geoscience, formation evaluation, or related technical domains
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and guide multidisciplinary teams
Experience with customer engagement and technical consulting
Proven capability in data analysis, interpretation, and answer‑product development

Preferred

Experience in cement evaluation or through‑casing diagnostic technologies
Prior experience designing or delivering technical training
