Identifies process improvement opportunities and leads, manages and executes Lean and Six Sigma initiatives from conception through completion
Builds people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques, using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques
Leads and manages process improvements in a variety of departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
2 years experience executing process improvement projects using traditional methodologies
General Experience leading large cross-functional teams to successful outcomes
General Experience or training in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management
General Experience with data analysis and reporting in a healthcare setting
Preferred
Master's Degree Preferred
Project Management Prof Preferred
