Business Development Representative (Outside)
Confidential is a well-established textiles, electronics, and contents services company seeking a driven Business Development Representative to hunt new business and build long-term relationships with insurance adjusters and restoration contractors. The role focuses on proactively identifying and securing new relationships, spending time in the field, and managing a pipeline in a CRM.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new relationships with adjusters and restoration contractors
Spend the majority of your time in the field meeting prospects, visiting job sites, and attending industry events
Open new accounts and consistently develop them into long-term referral partners
Educate partners on our services and how we support complex and contents-heavy losses
Maintain consistent follow-up to stay top of mind
Manage your pipeline and activity in a CRM
Represent the company professionally in the local insurance and restoration community
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B outside sales is required
Strong hunter mentality with a relationship-first approach
Comfortable opening new doors and initiating conversations
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by commission-based compensation
Enjoys autonomy and managing a territory independently
B2B Outside Sales: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Experience selling to contractors, adjusters, or within construction or restoration
