Responsibilities
Prepare core forecasting and reporting deliverables including long-range plan and latest best estimate decks, templates, month-end close materials, pipeline analysis, demand variance analysis, and insightful close commentary
Set up files, pull data, and support incremental long-range plan and latest best estimate requests, including first-pass analysis and presentations to senior finance leadership
Support consolidation activities by preparing graph files, schedules, and populating presentation decks with accurate and consistent data
Ensure alignment and consistency across forecasting decks and supporting spreadsheets, maintaining data accuracy across systems
Support monthly roll-forward templates, consolidation files, and preparation of monthly forecasting decks
Identify and implement opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency through process improvements and best practices
Communicate monthly actual results and future volume forecasts to finance leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights
Provide ad hoc analytical support for evolving business needs and leadership requests
Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls across all forecasting and reporting activities
Champion change management by supporting adoption of new tools, systems, and methodologies, including training and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Three to five years of experience in commercial finance, revenue forecasting, financial planning and analysis, or financial reporting
Strong experience with volume forecasting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or consumer industry
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations
Ability to perform effectively under pressure with short turnaround times
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently as a self-starter while supporting teams across multiple locations
Preferred
Prior pharmaceutical industry forecasting experience
Knowledge of SAP, business planning and consolidation tools, and Power BI
Experience supporting long-range planning and latest best estimate forecasting cycles
