Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a Process Analyst to evaluate and improve business performance through data analysis. The role involves gathering information, performing data analysis, and developing strategies to meet user needs and enhance financial planning.

Responsibilities

Will need solid experience in building/creating reports using data tools to mine data from designated internal databases and other sources

Will need solid experience in analyzing data and recommending metrics and KPIs used to evaluate the health of given processes

These analysts will support business processes related to claims by developing metrics to include leading and lagging indicators and establishing reporting, monitoring, and alerting in the event of a threshold breach

Required

Experience in identifying and establishing key metrics and indicators

Build reports using data tools to monitor business performance and communicate results

Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and updating reporting metrics

Solid experience in building/creating reports using data tools to mine data from designated internal databases and other sources

Solid experience in analyzing data and recommending metrics and KPIs used to evaluate the health of given processes

Experience with Tableau Dashboards, Excel, PowerApps
