Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, preparing chemical samples, and managing packaging and shipments to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Compile, fill, process, close & ship sample requests: utilize Inolex computer system to receive requests, fill and label jars of chemicals, pack and ship out packages
Maintain ample stock of filled jars
Monitor supply levels: stock of boxes, jars, packing materials and other supplies
Maintain sample center in organized structure
Maintain a clean and organized workplace that enables chemical handling and packaging activities to be completed according to defined safety & quality standards
Follow all safety procedures related to chemical handling & package handling
Review and evaluate Customer leads for the US and Canada
Communicate with required individuals to get tasks completed
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
Efficient time management skills
Ability to read and understand manuals and maintain proper records
Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
Ability to identify key details
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Experience with chemical handling
Prolonged periods of standing
Exposure to various chemicals and compounds
Must be able to lift pails up to 55 pounds; squatting and kneeling
Preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and EFFCI is preferred
An understanding of current OSHA/Process Safety practices & procedures is preferred
Associate degree (2-year) in a related field preferred
