Lead and develop annual marketing plans tailored to the Americas, aligned with global strategy
Drive customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies for diverse markets
Manage demand generation activities and product launches across the region
Empower sales teams through enablement, training, and development of sales tools
Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Diagnostics or Life Science marketing, including managing multi-cultural teams and complex portfolios
Bachelor's degree required; Master's (MBA/MS) or Ph.D. preferred
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate regional marketing teams to achieve growth targets
Strong analytical skills to leverage data and optimize marketing programs
Deep knowledge of Bio-Rad products, technologies, and commercial marketing strategies
Impeccable communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across functions
High level of autonomy and strategic thinking, translating commercial objectives into actionable growth plans
