Conduct factual investigations and legal research
Draft and argue motions, including extensive motion practice

Participate in hearings in Indiana and other jurisdictions
Opportunity to “first-chair” hearings based on experience
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of civil litigation experience
Strong understanding of litigation procedure, evidence rules, and court practice
Genuine commitment to plaintiff advocacy
