Responsibilities
Work with Architecture, Design, Test, Planning, Applications, Development Tools, Manufacturing, and Marketing groups throughout the product development cycle
Drive the new product manufacturing reviews, drive and create reports of new silicon validation, characterization, qualification, and release to production
Actively participate in silicon validations, new module debug, and bench characterizations. On occasion, working closely with the Fab Engineers and Yield Enhancement groups are required
Monitor and analyze yields on new products. Help identify new product manufacturing issues
Drive continuous improvements in product quality and cost
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Semiconductor Physics
0-3 years experience
Proficiency in MS Office, Skills in organizing large amount of data and documentation, Good interpersonal skills
Preferred
Direct experience in working with microcontroller or semiconductor products
knowledge in statistics
Hands-on experience of using lab equipment such as oscilloscope, DVM, Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer
