Responsibilities
Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to production output, material usage, labor hours, and inventory levels
Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and on-time material availability
Validate data accuracy across systems (ERP, timekeeping, production tracking, etc.)
Provide ad hoc data analysis to support operational and management decision-making
Document data definitions, processes, and reporting standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
Experience working with production, inventory, or supply chain data
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, NetSuite, OEM, or similar)
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Basic SQL or database querying experience
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement concepts
