Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering activities across manufacturing operations
Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Supervise, mentor, and develop quality inspection personnel
Drive data-based decision making using SPC and quality metrics
Ensure measurement system accuracy, gage calibration, and inspection effectiveness
Collaborate with production, maintenance, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues
Support audits, first articles, and continuous improvement initiatives
Champion safety and a strong quality culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in manufacturing quality engineering
Strong understanding of inspection methods, GD&T, and SPC
Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools
Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
ISO 9001 experience (Lead Auditor a plus)
