Benefits Manager – USA & International
Responsibilities
Manage U.S. and international health, insurance, wellness, and financial benefit programs
Lead open enrollment, employee communications, and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA) and country-specific requirements abroad
Support retirement plans, audits, renewals, and reporting
Work with HR, Finance, and Payroll to ensure smooth benefit operations
Analyze plan performance and make recommendations for improvement
Qualification
Required
7+ years in benefits administration with at least 5 years managing U.S. plans
Experience supporting benefits in multiple countries
Strong vendor management and compliance knowledge
Advanced Excel and HRIS experience (Workday or similar)
Clear communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work across time zones
