Responsibilities
Project Management support on client programs from inception through completion
Manage program loyalty activities including workshop event requests and donation inquiries
Maintain weekly inventory reports and status tracking
Coordinate workshop supply purchase order fulfillment
Facilitate internal sample and creative reviews (scheduling meetings, preparing materials, proofreading deliverables)
Manage asset requests including samples, high-resolution product renders, photography, and graphics
Monitor and report social media feedback related to workshops (customer insights, trends, and improvement opportunities)
Industry trend research
Additional duties may include office support/management
Qualification
Required
Possess a related bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience in a marketing or advertising agency
Ability to use 'influence' to help guide decisions
Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starter and team player
Strong project management and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, from start to finish; thinks through all the details and is highly organized
Superior written/verbal communication, presentation ability and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with diverse client and support groups
Preferred
Related internships are preferred
Branding experience that includes kids and family brands with a range of different industries and clients preferably including quick service restaurants
