Part Time Recruiting Coordinator
People Architects is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across the organization. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple requisitions and delivering a thoughtful hiring experience.

Responsibilities
Perform recruiting support administrative responsibilities to support the hiring process
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines, and screening criteria
Draft and post job descriptions; manage postings across job boards and internal systems
Review applications for alignment and readiness
Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communication
Support offer processes and handoff to onboarding
Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
Ensure a positive, inclusive candidate experience
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting support experience
LinkedIn Recruiter Experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Clear, professional communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders
Comfort working in structured processes while adapting to changing priorities
Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools
A practical, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset—this is a delivery role, not a strategy-only position
Experience recruiting in nonprofit, education, cultural institutions, or mission-driven organizations
Familiarity with hourly or seasonal workforce hiring
