Responsibilities
Implement new clients, including registration with Medicare and portal setup
Monitor and validate client data submissions for accuracy and compliance
Resolve data errors, exceptions, and technical issues
Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email
Ensure timely reporting to Medicare on behalf of clients
Assist with system testing, process improvements, and documentation
Provide training and support on the Epiq MMSEA web portal
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of client service or related experience
Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience working with databases and electronic data interfaces
Ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Tricare, HMS, Optum, or Equian
Knowledge of healthcare claims, compliance, or regulatory reporting
Experience with DocuSign
