Architect and execute high-impact partnership strategies: Design and implement innovative go-to-market plans that leverage strategic alliances to deliver outsized sales and revenue results
Expand and elevate our partner ecosystem: Grow Boingo’s network of elite partners—including carriers, OEMs, and resellers—by identifying, recruiting, and enabling top-performing organizations to accelerate mutual success
Forge powerful, executive-level relationships: Cultivate and maintain strategic alliances with key partners, driving alignment, innovation, and shared business objectives at the highest level
Lead and inspire high-performing teams: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a team of partner managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and results
Deliver breakthrough revenue growth: Own and exceed aggressive business growth targets through innovative channel and partner initiatives—your success will be recognized and rewarded
Leverage best-in-class technology: Utilize advanced partner management platforms and CRM systems to optimize partner performance and drive measurable results
Qualification
Required
20+ years of proven success in partnerships, channels, or business development within telecom, wireless, DAS, or network infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to build and scale diverse partner ecosystems, consistently delivering exceptional revenue growth and earning industry recognition
Experience leading high-performing teams, fostering a winning culture, and driving excellence at every level
Mastery in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that set industry benchmarks and deliver market-leading results
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
