The Executive Director will ensure mission alignment with partner tenants and programs/services, oversee building operations, and secure resources to support the Center's financial health and sustainability.

Ability to prepare the organization for the future, align stakeholders, and set a coherent long-term direction

Proven track record raising philanthropic, public, and private capital to sustain operations and programs

Brings proven experience leading organizations through growth and change, aligning people, systems, and strategy to advance mission, strengthen performance, and deepen external partnerships

Experience managing complex multi-partner ecosystems with competing priorities

Strong advocate for community needs and policy/system change

Ability to run day-to-day operations while advancing strategy

Forward-looking, innovative thinker who translates vision into action

Deep empathy and commitment to South Side families and community-rooted models
