This role involves providing IT support for retail locations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining customer service relationships.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT and data support for Lowe's retail locations within an assigned route
Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of IT equipment issues within defined scope
Support and maintain POS systems, PCs, printers, thin clients, access points, servers, and network switches
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store personnel
Travel 50–125+ miles daily, depending on route and coverage area
Apply knowledge of AC/DC power concepts and backup power systems
Work across multiple operating systems including Windows OS, macOS (OSX), and Linux/Unix
Document all efforts, issues, and resolutions accurately; close tickets daily
Perform copper and fiber cabling tasks, including termination using various connectors
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users using strong emotional intelligence
Occasionally work at heights of 20–25 feet (training provided)
Lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs

Ability to manage multiple service tasks
Knowledge of AC/DC power concepts
