Director, HR Systems and Technologies

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a forward-looking HR technology roadmap that integrates AI and machine learning for predictive analytics, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR service delivery
Oversee administration and continuous improvement of HR systems (e.g., HCM, ATS, LMS, Payroll, Benefits platforms)
Ensure system integrations, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead large-scale HR technology implementations and upgrades, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for HR technology providers
Implement AI-powered tools for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement
Drive automation of repetitive HR tasks to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
Ensure ethical and compliant use of AI in HR processes, including bias mitigation and data privacy
Utilize AI-driven analytics to provide actionable insights for workforce planning, retention strategies, and DEI initiatives
Establish robust data governance and reporting frameworks for compliance and strategic decision-making
Build and lead a high-performing HR technology team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of experience in HR technology management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of implementing enterprise-level HR systems (Preference towards experience with Dayforce)
Proven experience with AI-powered HR solutions and enterprise-level HCM systems
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
Expertise in system integrations, data governance, and analytics
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
HRIS or HCM certifications (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, etc.)
