The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created
Qualification
Required
1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus
Good conflict resolution skills
Proven work history of excellence
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to work well with public
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extensive organization skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast pace work environment
Excellent time management skills
Preferred
Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working
