They are seeking a Revenue & Sales Manager who will be responsible for B2B sales execution, managing revenue-related tasks, and interpreting guest behavior to drive bookings and upsells.

Responsibilities
Own business-travel sales conversations end-to-end
Negotiate extensions, pricing flexibility, and repeat stays
Confidently ask for the booking and close revenue
Reduce the need for leadership involvement in day-to-day decisions
Identify and act on signals from guest screening and verification forms, pre-booking and pre-arrival messages, Airtable records and historical guest data, custom multi-calendar views, PMS reservation and modification data
Connect signals across systems to decide when to sell, upsell, redirect demand, or decline poor-fit bookings
Proactively offer and close extensions and additional nights, early check-in / late check-out, parking, unit upgrades or better floorplans
Ensure upsells increase total booking value while protecting reviews and operations
Actively micromanage listings as a primary demand-control lever
Monitor booking velocity, conversion, and review trends
Frequently update titles, positioning, availability, and calendar strategy
Create, test, pause, and pivot listings based on performance
Use screening data to distinguish high-quality business travelers from poor-fit demand
Decline bookings when necessary to protect reviews and workload
Treat reviews as trust infrastructure, not vanity metrics
Qualification
Required
Sales-minded, thoughtful decision-makers (not aggressive, not passive)
Comfortable operating across multiple systems and dashboards
Strong judgment with partial information
Detail-oriented and hands-on
Excited to own outcomes, not just tasks
Experience in sales, hospitality, marketplaces, or revenue-adjacent roles is helpful, but judgment and instincts matter more than tenure
