Clinic Office Manager

Alli Management Solutions is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Office Manager to help keep their practice running smoothly. The role involves managing daily operations, improving workflows, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Answering phones and greeting patients
Scheduling new patients, rebooks/cancellations, parent meetings, etc. and sending appointment reminders
Verifying insurance benefits of deductibles/limiations/copays
Ensuring progress notes and evaluations are scheduled timely
Managing bi-weekly payroll
Keeping up with stats for therapists
Running clinic huddles
Opening the clinic daily, including preparing the lobby
Maintaining medical records/requests
Maintaining HIPAA compliance
Processing new referrals
Setting up payment log, running credit cards, and keeping logs
Managing visit counts for patients
Sending out appeals
Successfully navigating InSync (EHR)
Working the claim issue log weekly
Overseeing Therapy Techs to ensure tasks are complete
Completing expense forms, and
Other Duties as Assigned
