Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams through organizational and process change initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events to drive engagement, adoption, and innovation
Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and change opportunities
Collect and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making and measure change outcomes
Develop project and change management plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Monitor progress to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable, sustainable results
Educate employees on continuous improvement and change management principles, tools, and best practices
Coach and mentor team members and leaders to build internal capability and reinforce adoption of new processes
Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings, recommendations, and results to leadership and stakeholders
Maintain documentation related to process changes, governance, and continuous improvement activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in process improvement, organizational change, operations, or related roles
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent facilitation, workshop leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Effective communication and change influence across all organizational levels
Proficiency with data analysis tools and project management software
Knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
Familiarity with RASI/RASIC charts
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful change initiatives

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
Project Management Professional (PMP)
