Responsibilities
Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service and other Salesforce products
Translate business needs into robust, scalable and secure technical solutions
Define data models, integration patterns, security models and sharing strategies
Create architecture artifacts, ERDs, sequence diagrams, system landscape maps, integration specs and solution blueprints
Design APIs and integrations between Salesforce and ERP portals, data platforms and 3rd-party systems using tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi or custom APIs
Ensure platform governance, release management best practices and adherence to Salesforce standards
Own the Salesforce technology roadmap, evaluating new features, products and releases
Guide developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integration methods and platform limits
Conduct code reviews and validate solution quality, performance and security
Serve as the Salesforce SME for cross-functional strategic initiatives
Work closely with product owners, business analysts and leadership teams to define functional and non-functional requirements
Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions and design reviews
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned solution delivery
Maintain detailed system documentation, functional and technical specifications
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, security, audit and org limits
Troubleshoot escalated issues and support complex platform challenges
Qualification
Required
7 - 10 years of Salesforce hands-on experience configuration development exposure
Experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce programs
Proven expertise with multicloud implementations and large complex orgs
Strong background with endtoend integrations and middleware platforms
Deep knowledge of Apex LWC Visualforce
Flows automation best practices
Integration frameworks REST SOAP eventdriven patterns
Identity Access Management SSO OAuth SAML
Salesforce DevOps tools Copado Gearset Git
Strong understanding of Salesforce security model performance considerations and governor limits
