Responsibilities
Managing and supporting critical back-end operational functions regionally to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
Daily oversight of outsourcing teams
Reroutes assigned tasks as needed
Monitors utilization and capacity
Leads weekly meetings to keep teams aligned
Maintain and administer agency management systems
Execute key finance-related operational processes
Providing essential support to operations leaders
Educating the field on outsourcing processes
Acting as a subject matter expert for any operational questions that arise
Supporting special operational initiatives
Addressing any challenges from finance, systems, outsourcing, reporting, or technology perspectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years previous insurance agency/brokerage experience in employee benefits required
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required
Advanced knowledge of the agency operational procedures and the agency management system required
Effectively work in teams
Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/priorities essential
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
L&H license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) and/or equivalent job experience
Experience working with Applied Epic, BenefitPoint, Sagitta, Smartsheet, M365 a plus
