Responsibilities
Review a wide range of agreements, including vendor, licensing, software, hardware, coaching services, consulting, benefits, service agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and related documents
Navigate unfamiliar contracts and assess risk and key business terms
Support two attorneys, one commercial attorney and one privacy counsel, and interact with individuals across all levels of the organization

Required
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Advanced knowledge of IT hardware and software
Understanding of complex software licensing agreements and terms
Understanding of basic contract language
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of Firm management and across administrative groups
Ability to express self effectively both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to work with ticketing, workflow, finance and procurement systems
Knowledge of project management processes
Requires a Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
A minimum of 4 years related experience or equivalent
Previous experience with IT purchasing, contract review, vendor negotiations, financial analysis and budgeting required
