Paraplanner
Responsibilities
Lead meeting prep workflows by producing planning outputs and ensuring materials are accurate and client-ready
Run and refine financial plans, scenario analyses, and planning deliverables
Partner with advisors to translate client objectives into actionable plan outputs and recommendations
Support development of team planning standards, templates, and quality control
Mentor/guide more junior planning support as the team grows
Contribute to projects that improve planning efficiency and consistency
Qualification
Required
4-year degree required
Prior financial planning experience required (paraplanner/planning associate/related)
CFP is expected for this role (must be on track/eligible at minimum; goal is CFP for long-term progression)
Strong client-prep instincts, detail orientation, and ability to manage deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desire to build a long-term career in planning (not just a stepping stone)
