Responsibilities
Lead structured strategy process, synthesize insights, define problems, audience segmentation, positioning, and translate into strategic choices and roadmaps
Partner with Insights & Analytics to define learning agenda, triangulate insights, and form actionable segmentation and positioning
Maintain industry scan of trends and competitor strategies, translate signals into implications for Visa’s marketing strategy
Collaborate with NAM VPs and integrate work with Product, Sales, and Global Marketing counterparts
Map strategy to business outcomes, connect to OKRs/KPIs, and create executive-ready updates
Codify strategy operating system and coach teams on modern practices
Qualification
Required
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
