Responsibilities

Ensure marketing projects move efficiently from concept to execution
Oversee workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple business units—including equipment, apparel, and nutrition
Manage projects through execution and completion while exercising autonomy to push back on deadlines and reorganize workflows when necessary
Juggle multiple projects across different teams and business units
Effectively receive communication from multiple sources and managerial levels, prioritize incoming information, and clearly outline tasks for the creative team
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar)

Required

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to effectively receive communication from multiple sources and managerial levels, prioritize incoming information, and clearly outline tasks for the creative team
Ability to manage projects through execution and completion while exercising autonomy to push back on deadlines and reorganize workflows when necessary
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different teams and business units
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
Familiarity with marketing workflows across digital, social, email, events, and print
A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
Extremely proactive, organized, and enthusiastic about the details/logistics of every project
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or similar)
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university
6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, creative, or e-commerce industries
Experience leading the GTM (Go to Market) process
Experience working in an advertising agency and/or with in-house marketing and creative teams

Preferred

Knowledge of the fitness industry, B2C/B2B marketing, and international marketing
Knowledge of the pre-production, production, and post-production process
Interest in assisting with pre-production, production, and post-production logistics
Project Manager specific courses
