Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to maintain clear and professional interactions
Experience in Finance, or knowledge of financial products and services
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in standard office software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in customer-facing roles or financial institutions is a plus
A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
