Recruitment Coordinator
Soho House & Co is a hospitality company that is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support their recruitment efforts. The role involves assisting with sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across their properties.

Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Recruitment and wider team with resume screening and proactive sourcing strategies for roles at all levels across our expanding portfolio of houses and restaurants
Working with the wider recruitment team on new openings and high-volume/seasonal hiring
Support with internal recruitment communications with the support/operations team
Attend and participate in external recruitment events - Careers fairs, Open days, etc
Build a rapport with the teams at all levels both in operations and our support office
Craft, maintain and update job descriptions
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses
Support with reference checks for all salaried hires
Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, Greenhouse usage)
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Head of Recruitment
Qualification
Required
At least 1 years' experience in a recruitment position
Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
Positive and proactive attitude
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize
Strong IT skills and ability to write and produce reports
Ability to multitask
The ability to travel occasionally
