CNC Machinist/Programmer
Responsibilities
Operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
Program CNC machines using Fanuc controls
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc
Collaborate with team members in a lean manufacturing environment to improve processes and reduce waste
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while strictly adhering to safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of CNC 4-axis machining with a strong understanding of machining processes
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of CNC milling machines and lathes
Knowledge of tooling requirements for various machining tasks
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
