The Senior Consultant specializing in Guidewire Policy Center/Guidewire Claim Center will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation and optimization of policy center/claim center modules.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for policy center / claim center implementations
Configure policy center / claim center modules based on the specific needs of the clients
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase
Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of policy center and claim center systems
Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center / claim center modules
Offer postimplementation support and maintenance services to address any issues or enhancements required by the clients
Qualification
Required
10+ yrs of experience
Proficiency in guidewire policy center / claim center platforms
Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows
Experience in configuring and customizing policy center and claim center modules
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to guidewire systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
Project management skills to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of guidewire solutions
