Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of tax returns, including personal, corporate, fiduciary, and estate returns
Utilize ProSystem FX (or similar tax software) to process tax filings
Review software-generated outputs for accuracy and completeness
Identify missing client documentation and follow up as needed
Communicate with clients primarily via email regarding submitted or outstanding information
Support day-to-day office needs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience preparing personal, corporate, fiduciary, and/or estate tax returns
Experience with ProSystem FX preferred; comparable tax software experience accepted
Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused communication style
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to step in and support where needed
Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly with minimal training
