Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through proactive communication
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, engineering, and sales teams
Collaborate with Outside Sales and Account Managers to support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical presentations
Manage sales orders and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Provide guidance and support for products such as batteries, chargers, and inverters
Communicate technical requirements between customers and engineering teams
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to workflow enhancements
Stay up to date on energy storage systems, DC electrical systems, and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Electrical, HVAC, Manufacturing, or related field
3–5 years in inside sales, customer success, account management, or technical support roles
Some technical foundation (manufacturing, electrical, HVAC, or similar) is highly valued
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; calm under pressure
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Experience interpreting technical documentation and translating it for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with batteries, chargers, inverters, or electrical systems a plus
Experience with ISO procedures, NetSuite, or customer support platforms (e.g., Freshdesk)
